By using Drippe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Drippe is a coffee brewing assistant that provides timer, recipe management, brew logging, and AI-powered recipe generation features.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Drippe Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited recipes, brew steps, and 3 AI recipe generations per month.
• Drippe Premium is a monthly auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited AI recipe generation.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

4. AI Recipe Generation

• AI recipes are generated using third-party API services (Anthropic Claude API).
• Recipe quality may vary and is provided as a suggestion only.
• AI features may not be available in all countries or regions due to API restrictions.
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier.

5. User Data

• All recipe and brew log data is stored locally on your device. When iCloud is enabled, data also syncs to your private iCloud database via CloudKit, and settings sync via iCloud Key-Value Store.
• No account registration is required.

6. Disclaimer

• Recipes and brewing suggestions are for reference only.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any brew.
• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
